Fall 2026/Winter 2027 Mohawk Valley Adult Hockey Program

Session 1 - October 21 - December 16 2026

Session 2 - January 6 - February 24 2027

Beginning on October 21st, Full Stride Mohawk Valley will start its 6th winter hockey season!  We will be offering Wednesday night sessions at 9:30 pm. Fall 26 (session 1) and Winter 27 (session 2). These sessions are coed and will be 8-weeks long. Each Wednesday will alternate between a practice with skill development....and a game day (small area games/full ice game) There will be 4 practices and 4 game nights. This is an opportunity to work on your individual hockey skills one week and then put them into game situations the next. The game weeks also allow instruction and guidance on decision making while playing. Your skills improve AND you become a smarter hockey player.
