Instructional Hockey League Overview

The Instructional Hockey League (IHL) is the next step for those who participated in the Learn to Play Hockey program. It is not required, however, to have taken the LTPH program to sign up for the IHL. Participants will continue to build on the basics of playing hockey, and will learn the rules and team-play tactics. Players will be prepared to enter the adult leagues in the Beginner Division by the conclusion of this program.
