Adult Leagues Overview

Welcome to Full Stride’s Adult Leagues. We provide several divisions that accommodate teams of all skill levels. We are currently in the Spring session. Registration for the Summer session is open. The 8 week Summer session will begin in July.

 

Gold Division

The Gold Division was formerly known as D1. This is Full Stride’s open division. Teams are primarily comprised of advanced to elite level players. These players have professional, NCAA Div. I or III, Major Jr., or Junior A experience. All skill levels can play in this division.


Silver Division

The Silver Division was formerly known as D2. Teams are primarily made of up of advanced level players. Some of who may have played juniors, ACHA college club, prep or varsity high school. Players with any professional experience are not allowed to play in the silver division.


Intermediate Division

The Intermediate Division was formerly known as D3A. Teams in this division are primarily comprised of players with intermediate playing skills. Several players have some experience in the lower levels of ACHA college club, prep or varsity high school, or lower junior and midget levels. Some players have some organized youth experience, but have several years of adult playing experience. Any players with NCAA or high level prep and above are not allowed to play in the intermediate division or below.


Upper Bronze Division

The Upper Bronze Division was formerly known as D3B. Teams in this division are primarily comprised of players with novice to intermediate playing skills. A few may have played high school hockey, but are several years removed from those levels. The majority of the players have had some organized youth playing experience. Some may have little or no youth playing experience, but have played several years as an adult in an organized league. Players with any junior experience or above are not allowed to play in this division. Any players with any high school experience and are younger than 25 are not allowed in this division.


Lower Bronze Division

The Lower Bronze Division was formerly known as D3B. Teams in this division are primarily comprised of players with novice to intermediate playing skills. A few may have played high school hockey, but are several years removed from those levels. Some of the players have had some organized youth playing experience. The majority have little or no youth playing experience, but have played several years as an adult in an organized league. Players with any junior experience or above are not allowed to play in this division. Any players with any high school experience and are younger than 25 are not allowed in this division.


Upper Novice Division

The Upper Novice Division was formerly known as D3C. Teams in this division are primarily comprised of players with novice playing skills. Some players may have five or more years of organized playing experience. Either as an adult or youth. Despite having played more than five years, their skills have not yet exceeded the skills of a novice player. Any players with high school experience or above are not allowed to play in this division.


Lower Novice Division

The Lower Novice Division was formerly known as D3C. Teams in this division are primarily comprised of players with beginner to novice playing skills. Some players may have five or more years of organized playing experience. Either as an adult or youth. Despite having played more than five years, their skills have not yet exceeded the skills of a novice player. Any players with high school experience or above are not allowed to play in this division.


Beginner Division

The Beginner Division was formerly known as D4. Teams are comprised of beginner adult hockey players. A small number of players may have more than five years of beginner adult playing experience. The majority of the players have between one and five years experience playing as an adult.
