DPSL “A” Division - Elite Adult League
Our elite division. Most players have played high school, college or professionally.
Player ages range from mid-20’s to mid-40’s. A great level of hockey.
Division 1 - Serious Hockey
A high-end version of our senior leagues. A faster, more aggressive league with a younger average player age. Numerous participants played varsity high school hockey, and a few played at the college club level. Not an elite league, but perfect for the serious adult hockey player. Minimum age 21.
Division 2 - Competitive Hockey
Recreational hockey with a competitive edge. The best place for mid-level adult players ages 21 and over who like to challenge their skills. Average age in the mid-30’s.
Division 3 A B C

Full Stride AAA Summer Hockey League
This is where the best players gather to enjoy the game of hockey and to play with the top talent in the region, in the most competitive league of the off-season. While the bulk of your time is spent on non-hockey activites during the summer, it is important to maintain your skating quickness and your hockey sense. The best way to do this is to play regularly with the best players around. Our AAA league gives you that chance, but only if you can make the grade.
Full Stride Summer Hockey School
There’s nothing cooler than heating up your game with the Full Stride Summer Hockey School! We offer a challenging yet fun learning experience for mini-mites, mites, squirts and pee wees to improve their skating, stickhandling, shooting and game speed decision-making skills. Over five days your skater will be challanged on ice to develop quickness, agility and reaction skills, all while improving
their fundamental hockey skills.
